I got it for my husband for Father’s Day and he loved it. Was sad that one of the straps were broken on it. But other than that no dents in the case and everything was there. I seriously recommend if your husband is a die hard cowboys fan. I was honestly more worried able it it being dented then the strapAlthough I had to order twice to get the right one, it finally came with a fave team and it was a prefect father's day gift. Best summer kick-off so far!The case and logos are very clean and detailed. It comes with skewers, a fork, spatula, BBQ brush, and tongs. The handles appear to be of good quality aluminum and other than the tongs all parts are functional and of better quality. The brush could have a larger "brush" portion as it is hard to really add sufficient amount of sauces when BBQing. I am truly disappointed in the tongs. They are two handles held together wit one short piece of bent metal that uses the tension in the metal to hold them apart. Unfortunately the way they are built makes them very weak when holding any food that has any weight at all. In addition, it is very hard to snuggly grip any food item on the grill. The vast majority of the items I grill require the use of tongs so it is unfortunate that this is the worst item in the entire package. However, I am a huge fan so having a full set with my team logo can't be passed up. Three solid stars for the case, logo, and spatula....three weak stars for the tongs and fact that the brush is very small.Awesome set. But one of the metal badges on the utensils fell off before I even used it. I will need to glue it back on. But for the price I didn't expect that.I got the product in two days thanks to prime. The item is very pretty and is it exactly as how it comes in the pic. Looks very expensive?? and everything is on point. The only thing that i would change is the material of the case. The handle were u carry it and the locks are plastic silver not metalic. If you look close or touch it you could feel is plastic because is not even heavy but overall looks good for the price.This product exceeded my expectations so far. It is a Christmas gift so we have not been able to use it yet but it looks fantastic and durable. I rated it 4 stars because on both ends I had to pull up the metal and lay the outer layer under it. You can see it in my photos. Other than that, the product looked great! It was also packaged very well.I got this for my Dad for a X-Mas gift. He travels to AZ every winter in his "house on wheels" and I figured this way he could keep all his BBQ needs in one easy to find case. He called me once he got to AZ this year. He said it was the third thing he unloaded when he arrived there. The first two things he unpacked were his grill and then the charcoal!!! Yes, we are a grilling crazy family.Bought this set for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it! The tools were in great condition, really nice, clean and sharp looking. Amazed by the good quality. Felt sturdy and thick! Which is needed cause he tends to break everything. Now the case kinda felt a little cheaply made. It wasn't as thick and heavily made like most cases. Great organizer though!! The niners logo and design was beautifully made. Overall great set, great gift!!
