I have neuropathy in my feet, and finding footwear that is comfortable for me is a constant hunt. These sneakers fit, but are a touch tighter than I would like. Perhaps the elastic needs to stretch. There are no pressure points or seams rubbing against my feet. I've tied the laces, so I can stretch the upper to be a slip on sneaker.I tend to experience more pain after I've walked. These sneakers have helped with my issue, as the sole is not one flat piece. It's several staggered rows of waves under the cushioned insole. This creates dispersion of weight through the foot and not just on the heel or ball of the foot.Considering these are a bit snug, there is enough room in the box for my big toe. I'd consider exchanging for a larger size, but then they may become clumsy on my feet. I'd probably been able to make an educated decision if I tried these on in the shoe store. I'm liking where Skechers is going with the arch support and sole comfort. At this point, I can wear these with stockings or thin socks and I should be fine. I've never experienced such comfort in footwear and I hope they take me many miles ahead. I like these very much.Update 5/20/23: After wearing these several times, I can honestly say these are the VERY BEST sneakers I have ever worn. I feel as if I'm walking on marshmallows. The elastic on the top stretched a very little bit, but I think that was my wearing in process. They are absolutely perfect for me. Thank you SKECHERS.
